I was able to use Trumpet's IRC101 on Undernet, Dalnet, and IRCNet, but not
EFNet. On some networks, when I got a message like this:
> If you are having problems connecting due to ping timeouts, please type
/raw pong 379167DB or /quote pong 379167DB

I ignored what it *said* to type, and was always able to logon by typing
just 'pong 379167DB', or whatever the string of characters was. One quirk
w/IRC101 that I remember was that you have to use Alt-S and Alt-J to change
your nick, or join a channel, respectively, else you would have problems.
Otherwise, it seemed to be a very nice, stable program.
