There is an unsubstantiated rumor that a graphical interface DOS IRC
client called guIRC exists. Couldn't prove that by me. Yes, that's a BIG
HINT!
Get "The Revolutionary Guide to Assembly Language", ISBN 1-874416-12-5,
Ralph Brown's Interrupt list, and RFC 2500.
Refer to RFC 2500 to discover which *other* RFCs you'll need to build a
new TCP/IP packet driver and PPP stack. The best description of the dcc
and ctcp protocols is at the Undernet main site.
