all keys except for Ctrl, Alt and Delete (the keys you hold down to reboot

can someone explain to me what the joke is?
I am blind and cannot understand what all the laughing is about.
Please remember this when talking about pictures in the future because
there are a number of other people besides myself  on the list who are
blind as well.
