I think it only came on CD as well - but you can't atually buy it. Either
it came with the computer or you can't get it (legally, but buying a copy
of Win98 gives you the freedome to install OSR2 if you want).
BTW: OSR = OEM Service Relase, and there's also OSR2.5 (or perhaps it was
called OSR3 I can't remember) but that's just as slow and unstable as 98 is.
