in /usr/lib/kbd/keytables/se.readme says that swedish and finnish maps
are identical.
the supplied maps I have are se-latin1.map, fi-latin1.map, and fi.map.
Check the README file in that same directory.. that info might be
useful.
There is also a script "/usr/lib/setup/SeTkeymap" which may be helpful.
For info on console tools read 'man loadkeys' and 'man keytables'
