That's not really the fault of the EISA system. Since they were built to
tighter tolerances, the sloppily built ISA cards, which went into machines
with much looser tolerances, quite often don't fit well. But those same
cards ALSO may have trouble fitting certain ISA machines, if they are out of
tolerance in opposite directions.
