What's that incredible crap of a mailer, Pippilongstrump ?!

Though the sender's "mailer" (or should it be "garbage producer") seems
of the same order - first encrypting text in MIME-QP to nicely make a mess
of line breaks etc. (though still legible text), then repeating the
whole as HTML.
Now, the "text" part (with some largesse let's call it like that) had
a length of 2098 bytes.
The added HTML repetition was 3320 b
Thus the some three hundred members of this list got almost one MB of
as just plain waste of their download time, connection fees, storage
space filled with garbage. Highly considerate.
