I have a Hercules mono driver for Win 3.11 on one of my machines.
I can't start the machine any more because the power supply went bad.
I might still have the driver on yet another machine that I had used
to perform the original download. I found the driver on the web
somewhere. It is called something like "HERC311.ZIP" or HERC311.EXE",
or some name very similar. I'll look for it and get back to you later.
