A few days ago someone from one of the two lists where I am sending this
message asked where he could find a program named "HTGET".
Well, I happened to find it. I wasn't even looking for it. I just
stumbled across it during a browsing session with Arachne.
The download site for HTGET102.ZIP, 110805 bytes, is located at
http://www.simtel.net/simcgi-bin/dosfind.cgi?htget
The download site does indeed work. I know this because I downloaded
the file myself.
