For those of us who live in the U.S. I would like to highly recommend
http://www.telebot.com.  This is an "Arachne-friendly" site that offers
free email, free voice mail, and free faxing service.  You won't get any
spam from them, but if you use the free faxing service you will get a
little ad appended to your fax.  They explain this and you agree to this
when you sign up.
