I have a 6.4 GB Western Digital HDD that I partitioned with EZ drive.
I thought that I had created four partitions, but fdisk shows one
primary partition of 2047 MB and an extended partition of 4095 MB
with three logical drives. All are FAT16.

Win95 and DOS reside on the primary partition C:\, nothing of value
is on D:\ , E:\ , or F:\ . Can I use fdisk to delete the extended
partition after deleting the logical drives, and create another 2MB
DOS partition and leave 2MB vacant for Red Hat 5.2 without
damaging the Win95/Dos installation?

Would it be better to use FIPS to change the partitions? I don't
really want to have to re-install Win95 and Apps from scratch and I
don't have a way to back up the whole 2GB partition.

My BIOS supports LBA, will LILO be able to boot Linux when it is
installed way above the 1024 cylinder limit?

Last but not least, anyone know of a good newbie Linux list?

Thanks,
Mike
