Sorry, but the Scroll Lock key is intended to switch applications from
cursor-movement to document-scrolling modes - some applications actually use
the functionality as well :)  (As an example, DOS 7's EDIT IIRC supports
Ctrl-arrow to move the document under the cursor).

Some utilities may use the Scroll Lock to switch to a continuous listing,
but the only example I've seen of these are from Novell and use the C key.
