I've looked into several kinds of fax software, and they all produce an output that may be viewed with a graphic file viewer capable of rendering images of the TIF or TIFF format. Of TIF and TIFF formats there are various types, some of which may require a specialized TIFF or TIF viewer. I would suggest you provide a TIFF or TIF extension for the name of your fax file and see if you can render it with an appropriate viewer. I don't know if BGFAX produces images of this type, and I don't know if there are any fax programs that produce graphic file images of any type other than TIF or TIFF. The documentation for BGFAX will probably tell you what kind of image file it produces. Good luck!
