I would use a soft cloth and light detergent or solvent, like ammonia or
glass cleaner, but not a strong one, as the surface is some oddball plastic
and heavy solvents could damage it.
Fun thing with laptop screens: making little dimples and waves with your
finger and seeing the way they liquidly respond.  Like gelled water.
