I left five (5) computers on and monitored them
at midnight (US Pacific time):
  Intel 486/66, MS-DOS 5.00, Win3.1;
  AMD 586/133, MS-DOS 6.22, Win3.1;
  Cyrix 686/166, Win95;
  Pentium/120 (Libretto), Win98;
  AMD K6-2/350, Win98;
all of these rolled over, no problem;
and my newest toy, a Handspring Visor Deluxe
(that's a Palm IIIx clone with 8mb), not only
had no problems, but accurately tracked time/date
changes around the world as they happened!
As this product becomes available in your various
areas, I can recommend it highly.
Some of you may recall my recent diatribe on what
is a "real OS" in this list (it was quite long):
the Palm OS family of devices are REAL computers
(running a Motorola 68k variant) with a REAL OS
(no disk, keyboard optional).
The Handspring is completely compatible but
significantly cheaper. I give it 5 penguins.
Regards,
  Garry
