I went to the site you mentioned and I found some leads on foxmail.
http://member.netease.com/~bighero/foxmail/fm30b2ch.zip
which seems to be the main site.
Also there's some links at the bottom of the web page to zdnet and
softseek.. going to softseek and using it's site search engine gives a
couple versions.. a 32-bit and 16-bit version.
