I run Netscape 4.08 on a Cyrix MediaGX P 133 which according to
WinTune runs about as fast as an Intel P 90 so I don't think you
would have any problems. I've run I.E. 4.0 on a 486DX66 with 16
MB and it is a little slow, but if you are using a dial up connection
most of the delay will be downloading the webpages.
