Well, Netscape Navigator's security certification have expired. It
cant perform any secure transfers anymore.. etleast, until someone in
"AOL Netscape Devision" will decide to update it. (low chances for
that).
So its either changing to Communicator, changing browser type completly,
or just forgetting of secure stuff all together.
I was thinking about asking jwz about what are the chances that i'll
get anyone from the current Netscape convinced to update the
certification
but his site states, and i'm quoting:
"I mention this so that you will understand that if you send me mail
about Mozilla, Netscape, or anything even tangentially related to them,
the chance that I will ignore you is high. Sorry, but it's time to move
on. Try checking on the mozilla.org site for others who can help you.".
Mozilla's site states clearly that if its anything Netscape Navigator/
communicator, I can forget about a response. And Netscape Communications
dont have any good E-Mail address expect for the bug report form, and
they state that they will never reply to bug reports, only fix them.
If they think they should.
Looks like we're on our own here.
