Correct me if i'm wrong, but doesn't each WinModem require a diffrant driver
specific to that certain modem? hope not. The UART chip is the only thing
missing in them and its seposed to be designed the same on all modems,
so no diffrant emulation "for the missing parts" is needed.. right?
