Mostly I couldn't afford it, it was too expensive, practically a luxury, compared to the cheap cuts at the meat counter. i liked it, it tasted good. Now all beef, pork, other mammal meats, taste and smell repulsive to me. Stop eating them completely for circa 18mos and that's what happens.
