Just got an amiga donated from a friend who's moved up to a 386 w/win3.1
It's got a hard drive that adds on the side via a slide connector port, and
one floppy drive, and you put the kickstart 1.3 disk in the floppy and then
if the drive is connected it says "volume workbench giving read error" (or
is that in/out error?)
without the drive, it asks for the workbench 1.3 floppy.
It outputs color graphics to my TV via RCA plug, and presumably stereo
sound to my stereo. It came with a green-screen monitor.
Gee, I oughtta try keeping the hard drive turned off till I have it booted
to floppy, then turn on the drive and see what it does. maybe then I can
access it.

Come to think of it, there are already a million
monkeys on a million typewriters, and Usenet is
still nothing like Shakespeare.
