The DOCs say that you don't need to do anything with Netmask and Gateway
unless you are using a packet driver. Apparently Trumpet Winsock version
3.00 doesn't come with a packet driver. Do I need to get some special
kind of Windows packet driver too? And how can you get a TCP/IP
connection over a phone dial-up without a packet driver???
