One of the things I dig about my old PET2000 is that the case is heavy-guage
metal and you hold the top open using what looks for all the world like the
metal hood prop from my old Dodge van! Drop it on your fingers and you'll
probably lop them right off. Even makes a metal groan as you lift it.
No grease smell though!
