Well, it's not so much the 'suing for regulation' that annoys me, but the
'suing for any old reason, justifiable or not'. Sure, if FooCorp is running
wild, legal action, whether from the government or suing by affected groups,
is justifiable. But suing for incorrect/inconvenient use isn't, IMO...
