}- Well, it's not so much the 'suing for regulation' that annoys

}- But suing for incorrect/inconvenient use isn't, IMO...

I agree with you absolutely.  Another factor that feeds into all
the suing here is that there was an extreordinary amount of
lawyers graduated in the 1980's here.  So of course all those
lawyers had to have something to do.....
