Well, you're quite right about that. I've run it on a P133 with 40Mb RAM
and it was a... painful experience. I was using a bootable-CD demo though,
so the speed of the CD-ROM drive was a consideration, but even on the P][400
with 64Mb it was a shade slower than I'd enjoy using.
Memory, however, is a greater factor in BeOS's performance - 64Mb is the
lowest with which it'll work with full functionality. With 40Mb you get a
greyscale screen and no multimedia_server support.
