re indeed working on this ? There's more at hand with dosppp (05/06)
than my petit problem with just one moedem: a lot of those new-comer
ISPs/ASPs use - either pre-fabricated or tweaked - PPPs which at not
accessible with the old version(s). And there may be other reasons,
like recently added official changes to the protocol, or such which
might come; and dossppp author Toni Lopez apparently has given up
maintaining it; there was a posting in this sense this list earlier, and
he did not react on any mail about this issue for quite a while.

I think it's *very* important that someone keeps up on developing
dospppd - in fact it's the only free available, and versatile DOS-TCP
socket there is, and if it's not adapted to the growing number of
net access providers with tweaked dial-in points (standards compatible
or not), the whole DOS-using community will stay out in the cold.
