I'll assume your hard drive is C: for this example; if not, just substitute proper drive letter. c: cd \drdos sys c: It's very important that you use the "sys" from the drdos directory. Now reboot. That should be it. You might want to fdisk /m (it might be fdisk /mbr in drdos) at some point, though it's not absolutely necessary.
