Yes, the partition is FAT16

Hey, not so quick :)))) I have NO floppy drive :(

Any more ideas about making hdd bootable in dos other than dos7?

Ok,  if no ideas, I will try to explain what for I need that dos6
or  drdos.  I'd  like  to  install  win3.1  on  my  PC, but after
installing and rebooting I got the message: "System halted. Press
Ctrl+Alt+Del to reboot".

If it is impossible to make disk bootable as dos6 or drdos how
I may to avoid that message?
