Day, I have not tested Arachne within DR-DOS taskswitching. But the
basic idea, is this:

- first application is your editor with the HTML file loaded
- second application is Arachne with the same HTML file on display
- one keystroke allows you to siwtch between both applications (I do
not remember which keystroke it is in the DR-DOS taskswitcher)

You look at the file in Arachne, switch to the editor, make
changes, save them, switch back Arachne, press 'R' for 'reload',
look at the changes, swicht back to the editor, make changes....

This is working very well with the MS-DOS program DOSSHELL. The only
problem I had is, that I had to change the screen mode in Arachne.
The best resolutions do not support task switching by hot keys in
DOSSHELL.

I have no idea HOW the task switcher does what he does.
