What have you been using? I believe even DOS edit has a
means of accomplshing that. This may be as good a time as
any to plug my favourite DOS editor though, a port of "joe",
available from GNU mirrors under "gnuish".

Get the GNU text utilities package, under
"gnu/gnuish/dos_only". It contains a DOS version of "pr",
which can prepare the pages you want.
