Does anyone _read_ the logs? From what I can tell, there's still as
many dos as mac users, and they write software for mac dont they?

How many millions of users does there havta be before there's a
profitable 'niche' market?

For years, I useta get windoz developer software offers which implied
that it was so easy any idiot could write win code, and from what I
can tell, many have.

Funny ting about multi-tasking; if what I want is a fax running in
the background, it's better to spend a coupla hundred on a cheap
used system, set it in the corner to stay online alla time, and let
_that_ take the hit next time lightning comes thru the neighborhood.

Which means that my usual real mode real time machine can run dos
with apps that just fly on run of the mill hardware, rather than
spending a lot more money for iron hot enough to run a multi-tasker
decently. Since I dont pay 50 bucks a foot for space in my house,
it aint no big deal and fairly easy to get better performance on a
lot less total money. funny how the bloatware outfits cannot crunch
the numbers to figure that out.
