No, it's very much closed. I missed replying to that a moment ago, but
Lineo have released bits of the code to some people (I think the OpenDOS
7.01 OEM CD-ROM contained the whole source tree, and the 7.01 kernel was
available for download and distribution - I have a copy here), but
everything from 7.02 onwards has been internal to Lineo/Caldera AFAIK.
