weLL, some such problem exists. I seen it on 686 II or III, where a
Netscape user hadda keep on re-installing new copies several times a
year.  People seem to think win/IE is sabotaging Netscape. I dunno.

Given that Microsoft has already been caught with a subroutine that
emails Microsoft corporation with the registration number of the copy
of windoz being used along with the identity of the user,... it begs
the question of whether Microsoft has figured out how to insclude a
subroutine to sabotage Netscape.  Clearly, the moral question about that
is not on the agenda given the behavior of Micro$loth corporation.
