It showed up again in this and your other post to the list.  If it's
showing up even in Arachne then you do have a problem to address I'd say,
it usually comes from the sender's machine, not the ISP.  This is the text
contents of it as reported by notepad:

As you can see, it IS a virtual business card.  It has been attached to
each and every one of your posts and I know that it is not being created at
my end because it has information I and my machine do not have.
