Petersen Data Management, Inc. is no longer responsible for content
management and associated support services for Simtel.Net.

On January 15, 2001, Digital River, Inc. (the owner of Simtel.Net)
terminated its contract with Petersen Data Management, Inc. (Keith
B. Petersen, et al), due to lack of funding.  Mr. Petersen had
previously provided archive management and associated support
services for Simtel since 1983.

All questions or comments about Simtel should be sent to
