Day Brown) seem only in part justifiedm as w usually have held some
rather generous interpretation of the "off topic" limits in this list.
By now there's the luxury of _two_ relevant lists, and little by little
the tentative specification will establish to keep the less technical,
more discoursive writings to the other/"LifeRaft" branch.
