Actually, its funny, but the Science Mode in the calculater that
comes with Windows has a very easy conversion feature between
dec/hex/bin/Oct
Switch to science mode from the View menu, type a number, and then
select the radio button from the top left for the system you want
to see that number in. Rather comfy.
