Next challenge:
On what date at what time will the 32-bit counter for Unix
date/time roll over to zero?
Given, this is not news, and has been calculated before. It's
one of the things that will be addressed in the newer 64-bit
Unices (Unixes?) well before the spring of 2023.
However, there is a LOT of software out there that makes
the (currently valid) assumption that the return values from
such functions as localtime() are 32-bit. Addressing that
problem will be a little more work.
