OK, let's not go vigilante on him.
I know Jorge - he's a good guy and I'm sure he's trying to clean up his machine.
Trouble is - the information he needs about the virus and it's remedy
is on the Internet and when he's connected to the Internet - that's
when his machine is sending out the little surprise packages.

Do any of you have any definitive steps on how to deal with that particular virus/worm
or
whatever it is? I myself am not familiar with it.

Meanwhile, cut him a little slack, will ya :-)

Subject: [SurvPC] Jorge still has the virus & needs to shut down computer

Attention: List manager for both SURVPC discussion lists & Jorge --

We just received a 117K single digest message originiated by Jorge Rieznik
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Jorge obviously STILL has a major problem with virus infection on that
computer.

I suggest Jorge be removed from - all - SURVPC discussion lists.

After Jorge takes his computer to a professional repair service and has his
virus problems fixed, then we welcome him back
