Hi all,

I am having difficulty getting PCPINE to recognize new folders...

I used to be able to simply download using sz -a my huge unix PINE Inbox,
splitting it up into smaller chunks then simply renaming these chunks
with a .MTX extension and moving them over to :\MAIL... at this point I
would run :\PINE>pine and open one of these smaller renamed .MTX chunks
in PCPINE with no problem and be able to read my e-mail

*now* when I try to open one of my *new* renamed and "right-sized" .MTX
chunks in PCPINE, I get a "Not a folder" PCPINE message when I try to
open it and with the first of these chunks I get the DOS screen "line too
long in mailbox" after PCPINE crashes for lack of memory like when I
would try to open too large a .MTX chunk/mailbox

PCPINE works great with my older renamed .MTX chunks so I am wondering if
when I *now* download my huge unix PINE inbox, the fact that I am using
my analog telephone line to dial-in and download from my ISP's new
digital telephone lines is causing this problem...

does anyone have ideas on this?

 Thank-you in advance,

 ANDY
