Hmm, MP3 players for DOS...lessee, I've used one called DAMP on my
486DX4 100mHz machine with 24 meg RAM with pretty good results, even
though my old sound card is aging also, it is SB compatible, SB 16 and
SB Pro.  Another I've tried is called MPLAY, sort of DOS version of
MaPlay for Win9X...results not as good as with DAMP.
Now, if only I could remember where I found DAMP???  Possibly at
Arachne "APM" site??  Will havta check when I get home to the 486DX4!
