Chad,
In Win 95 open explore and look under view|Options

In Win 98 open explore and look under view|folder options

If you ever come across an installation that does not allow you to view all
the files and/or file extensions. Immediately change the setting and tell
the users never to change it back. Use fear if you have to ;-).
