Sam: Sounds like your chain saw mfg. folks lost once or more in court in some location and decided to protect themselves against future litigation. Maybe we will see similar warnings if MS vs. DoJ isn't a total powder puff pat on the forehead or what ever place would get BillyG & MS staff's attention.
