Dear "Surv-surfers":
Hope this isn't cross-list, but I find that quite often my
video card, even tho' it is an PCI one, is detected by Arachne
setup as a Trident video card {ISA?}. I know not why this might
be, but perhaps there are some similiarites between my card and
the Trident in the chip used. I have some other old video cards
in the basement, only one of which had even minimal success with
Redhat and Xfree86 {X-Windows}. None of them are 1 MB video cards.
One of them had some spaces for adding ISA video memory though.
