Hi all, below is the copy of an email i got from someone is customer service at ebay. The links provided are supposed to lead me to information as to how to solve the spam protection problem. However, and I admit i may be wrong about the one referencing the state of hawaii government union, none of these links provide such data. interestingly enough, one of the contacts here tells me that not even the windows screen readers can read these numbers. the bad thing is, that if this is true, than it moves beyond just vision accommodation. anyone, for example, someone using a learning disabled product if dyslexic, is close out of setting up an account. clearly ebay, especially since so many companies use pay pal, must create an alternative way to register. I wanted to share this with the list, however, in the event I am not being complete enough. I visited all the links given with poor results.
