Hi all, I'm running SuSe Linux 5.3 on one of my PC's. I also configured squid, and it just works fine on the local machine. One of my network client PC's runs windows NT with Netscape 4.5, with direct dial out connection to the internet. I have the following question. Can I use the squid cache on the Win NT machine. I configured Netscape on the Win NT machine to use the proxy of the Linux PC. But then my Linux PC is used as gateway. I have read all Squid FAQ and "Configuring Hierarchical Squid Caches" but can't find where I'm looking for. So I want to use the squid cache of my linux server, and dial out directly to the internet on the Win Nt PC. Does anyone know this is possible at all, and if its possible how this has to be done. Or where can I find info about this subject. Any suggestions, comments, or help welcome. Thanks and rgd Wil -- ----------------------------------------------------------------------- "There are things that are known, and there are things that are unknown.
