I think kmail doesn't require you to have anything other than the relevant
bits of Qt....? Apparently the newer versions are quite good - I myself
prefer pine, as there is *nothing* faster to load up! I had so many
problems with Pegasus mail I eventually gave up on it.

:Well, as most all Unix mail clients suck in some ways, I have tried most
all
:GUI clients out now, and I am using Ishmail for the most part.
:Netscape or XFMail seems to be one that new Linux use, mutt and tkrat are
for more
:seasoned users, and pine, xmh or even elm for *older* users.:)
