I've got a sparc20 with two Ross 142MHz/1MB cache, 384MB, 1 9GB internal, 1 36GB internal (honest it doesn't run that hot), external SCSI drive array (7x18), running the on-board SX graphics. I used it mainly as a programming platform, web server, mail server, proxy server, caching dns server, and most importantly as a fileserver for my home lan. I've also got a sparc2 with the weitek powerup, a regular sparc2 40MHz, and a sparc ipx...both of which are currently sitting idle on a shelf.
