As long as I dont use the -r option, s2ram works multiple, when when switching off lights in between (all with init=/bin/bash. vga=0 or not does not matter). when I do radeontool light off s2ram -f and try to wake it up (by using the Fn-Key), it stays in a mode somewhere in between: The battery symbol (LED) appears like waking up, but the suspend-LED (the moon) is still active. Hard reboot required. When not playing around with radeontool, on resume the hint: pnp: device 00:07 could not be activated pnp: device 00:08 could not be activated pnp: device 00:0a activated appears.
